QUALITY OF OUR REMANUFACTURED AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSIONS Our remanufactured transmissions are designed for easy installation. Virtually our transmissions are "PLUG N PLAY" units that can be installed either by professional technicians or by any automobile enthusiasts. Our transmissions are remanufactured... not just rebuilt. All parts in our remanufactured transmissions meet or exceed all original manufactures specifications, and most of the time are purchased from the same suppliers who supply the original manufacture! All transmissions come with a matched remanufactured torque converter. The transmission and matched torque converter have been tested on a dynamometer before shipment. Make sure when purchasing an Transmission it meets the requirements of a remanufactured Transmission. Our remanufactured automatics meet or exceed the original equipment manufactures (OEM) specifications. You can buy with confidence from us, knowing that you have the best quality Transmission with the best warranty protection - 12 MONTH / 12,000 MILE WARRANTY. Our remanufacturing process includes all EOM updates. All soft parts are replaced. Soft parts include clutches, bands, lip seals, sealing rings and gaskets. We also inspect all hard parts. The hard parts must meet or exceed new OEM standards or they are replaced with new or remanufactured parts. These stringent standards have allowed us to lower our manufacturing defect rate from 2.53% in 2001 to 2.47% in 2002. Standards, Facts & Quality Assurance: The automatic units are tested on one of our 11 dynamometers before shipment, to ensure the highest quality transmission possible. We have eight industrial parts washers that allow all parts and each case a dual wash process. We have a fully staffed machine shop with four full-time machinists. Our equipment includes 4 lathes, 3 milling machines and the latest CNC computerized mill. Our parts department has $1.5 million of inventory in stock for our builders use only We remanufacture our own converters, which pass our exacting quality tests. We have eight technical directors that oversee the building process and constantly review the remanufacturing process for the highest quality possible. We are an authorized vendor for two OE manufacturers.
