SHIPPING REMANUFACTURED AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSIONS We ship nationwide at the same cost as a local delivery! We maintain a large inventory of automatic units at two state of the art remanufacturing plants located in the Midwest. Most orders will be shipped the same day by one of our carriers. We have special discount rates with these carriers due to the sheer volume of freight shipped on a daily basis. No mark up is added to these rates insuring the lowest possible price to the customer. If the customer's Transmission is not in stock, the transmission will be remanufactured and shipped within 3-5 business days of the order. At no time will an unfinished Transmission be shipped out! Note: Manufacturing of quality Transmissions requires final inspection at one of our 11 dynamometers. If a problem is detected it will be remedied correctly at the manufacturing plant not in your vehicle, even if it causes a delay in shipping. Shipping Fees and Guide: We require our customer to ship the transmission core back to us (after installing the remanufactured transmission). You may use any parts from your old transmission that are required to complete the installation of the new transmission. When ordering transmission online you will be charged for a round trip shipping fee (actual shipping fee can be found on the transmission detail page). The quoted fee always includes the core freight fee so you can ship the transmission core back to us utilizing the same freight company that delivered the remanufactured transmission to you. The contact information for the freight company will be provided in the received package. Just call the freight company and they will pick up the core from your location. You may use the original packaging to ship back the transmission core. Once we receive the transmission core, the core deposit will be returned to the customer. International Orders - There are additional freight charges outside of the 48 contiguous states. Note: Your freight will be assessed after we receive your order. Our freight charges vary depending on your geographic location. We will not process your order before contacting you to approve the freight charges!
